Every home is different, so we quote rather than work from a price list. Cost depends on the size of your home, how many bathrooms it has, its current condition, and whether you want a standard clean, a deep clean, or a move-out clean. Quotes are free and the price we give you is flat — no hourly surprises at the end.

A standard clean covers everything you see and use daily — kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, dusting, and floors. A deep clean adds everything a regular visit doesn't have time for: inside appliances, degreasing range hoods and backsplashes, scrubbing grout and hard water build-up, baseboards, door frames, window sills, vents, and behind movable furniture. We usually recommend a deep clean for a first visit, then standard cleans on a schedule after that.

Yes. We bring all our own supplies and equipment to every visit — you don't need to have anything ready. If you'd prefer we use specific products of yours, whether for a delicate surface or a scent or allergy reason, just leave them out and tell us.

That's entirely up to you. Plenty of clients are home, and plenty give us access and go about their day. Whatever you're comfortable with is fine — we just need to agree on access arrangements before the first visit.

Two. New customers get 10% off their first cleaning, and if an existing client referred you, you get 15% off. Just mention it when you call to book.

Most of our clients are on a biweekly schedule, which keeps a home from ever getting far behind. Weekly suits busy households, homes with pets, or larger families. Monthly works if you keep on top of things day to day and want a thorough reset. Recurring visits are also our lowest per-visit price.

Yes, for recurring clients. The same person learns your home — what matters to you, what to leave alone, where the problem spots are — and that consistency is what makes a recurring service worth having.

It's usually the cheapest way to protect it. We clean to what landlords and property managers actually inspect — inside the oven and refrigerator, inside every cabinet and closet, bathrooms scrubbed including tile and grout, baseboards and trim, and floors done to the edges. Book it after your things are out and before your inspection date.

Yes. Send us your check-out and check-in times and we work to that window — linens and towels changed, unit reset to match your listing photos, and your essentials restocked. If we find damage or something missing, you get a message with photos before the next guest arrives.
