About Diaz Cleaning
More than 30 years of cleaning experience in Silver Spring, Maryland — available 24 hours.
Our Story
For more than 30 years, Diaz Cleaning has provided trusted cleaning services under Reina E. Diaz’s leadership with a simple promise: show up when we say we will, clean to a list rather than to whatever looks obvious, and treat every home like it’s our own. From day one the business has grown by word of mouth across Silver Spring, Takoma Park, Wheaton, College Park, and the surrounding communities.
Today we clean 12 communities across Montgomery, Prince George’s, and Howard counties. We’ve earned a reputation for being dependable, detail-driven, and easy to work with — the kind of people you’re comfortable giving a key to.
Diaz Cleaning is independently owned and operated. We bring all of our own supplies and equipment, work from a written checklist so nothing is skipped, and we’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — which is what makes same-day rental turnovers and tight move-out deadlines possible. New customers get 10% off their first cleaning, and client referrals get 15%.
What We Stand For
Reliability
We show up when we say we will, we finish when we said we would, and we keep you updated along the way.
Respect
We work around your things, not through them, and we leave every room the way you'd want to find it.
Quality
The right product for each surface and a checklist for every room. We walk the home before we leave and fix anything that isn't right.
Community
We live in Silver Spring, we work in Silver Spring, and most of our jobs come from neighbors referring neighbors.
Our Mission
Give every client a home that’s genuinely clean — not just tidied where it shows. Treat every customer like a neighbor, and earn the next booking with the quality of this one.
Our Promise
If something isn’t right when we’re done, tell us and we’ll come back and fix it. No questions, no excuses. That’s how we’ve built a business where most of our work comes from repeat clients and their referrals.
